I felt it necessary to write this review because of the negative reviews. We had a great experience from the moment we checked in with security up until two days later when we were discharged. The entire staff was very professional, courteous and very attentive to our needs. Although most time was spent and labor and deliver and then 6th floor every person I came in contact with was awesome. Lisa, Anitta, Dr. Cohen all our doctors and others we may have forgotten to mention were patient, understanding and the only reason this is not 5 stars is because there were a few instances it seemed as though they were understaffed which has nothing to do with the level of service we were provided.
