Polite, Respectful and extremely helpful. The Deputy who took my complaint was attentive, professional and very reassuring that his office would follow up. I appreciate all of the help from the initial phone call to the office to the follow up with the dispatcher, every person in the office treated me with a great deal of attention and respect.
