We have stayed at Wilders Blue Parrot Rv Resort in Lady Lake, Fla for about 15 years or more. We normally stay the month of April. Nov. 2018 we decided to stay for about a week or so before moving on. We did everything we usually do from arriving around 12:00 or 12:30 or so to picking the same site or area in the campground. As we entered the office to check in we were told it would cost us $10.00 because we were checking in early. First time for this. The site was ready, no one was on it. Next we found no cable TV. Then we found that all the picnic tables were removed. We enjoy eating outside on occasion but not there. I don't know of any RV facility that has no picnic tables. As for the early arrival charge, maybe they have a rule about that but we have never been charge before. Are they that hard up for a little extra money. Don't know the situation with the cable provider but it might help to know this ahead of time.
