Poor repair experience. Geek squad = A waste of money, gas and two weeks time. Computer was shipped away to the Kentucky center. "We don't have the parts to fix it; returning it as is." When I tried to pick it up, I was told I couldn't receive the computer without an appointment. When I asked them what was wrong with the computer, they had no idea. I scheduled an appointment to pick up the computer and asked for the diagnostic report (previously requested by a local rep). The geek squad rep said "no reply has been received concerning the diagnostics. Please sign this to receive your computer." The form has a statement above the signature line- "I recognize that repairs have been performed in a manner that is satisfactory to me." I refused to sign it. I live 30
Minutes away and had to return two times to pick up a computer where nothing was done other than shipping it around the country. I'm not even sure it's a hardware problem; it could be something as simple as a driver issue. Geek squad = A waste of money, gas and two weeks time.
