Worst customer service.

Worst customer service.
At the time of selling and introducing their product, they promised for good service and quick response. But after they sold it to us, they start their strategy to not reply. I just asked for Merchant ID and I mailed them last on Dec 10, 2019 and yesterday was Feb 9, 2020.
Still I couldn t get any response from them.
Really, is this your service?
