The amount of emotional distress this company has caused should be illegal. They sent me the wrong computer, said they would pay me the price difference for it, then I discovered that the wrong computer they sent me is broken anyways. This is TWO SEPARATE MISTAKES. I tried reaching them several times on the phone, where after being on hold for an hour, they promised they would answer my ticket as soon as possible, which was a lie. Unless you have a whole month of extra time to waste, get your computers elsewhere, because this company is extremely unprofessional and irresponsible. I have put my entire life on hold waiting for a working computer.
