My service rep, Ray, was very courteous and helpful. My one complaint is not his fault. When I made my appointment, I was told my service should take about an hour. When I arrived, I was told it would be two. That stretched to three, then four. The last I can attribute to the fact that I discovered I needed tires. I should have taken the shuttle to somewhere...
I feel like service here used to be more prompt. My suggestion would be to be more realistic at appointment time. I'm never out in an hour!
