I remember why chose this company, within 14 hours of my issue they had it fixed. They provide absolutely the best customer service in the industry. I would use them again in a heart beat, they above the rest.
Sadly for me the issue was not covered by warranty. Preston the service tech did an amazing job and was pleasant and very knowledgeable.
