It was a nightmare for me to deal with the Elkhart Clinic. Since I was not accessible during the day, never talking directly to a person on any occasion when I called, or getting a voice mail just acknowledging MY call was very frustrating. I received my first contact in June 2019 following a referral, couldn't get an appointment until October 2019 and finally getting my first treatment February 5, 2020. I had blood work prior to potential treatment and so much time passed between the blood work and finally getting scheduled for the treatment, that I had to pay for another panel of blood work. The Clinic was not helpful in assisting me work through the system for one of the drug-company co-pay programs. Fortunately, I was able to do it myself! My experience with Elkhart Clinic exemplifies how broken the United States healthcare system is. Nursing staff was the only saving grace when I did talk with them.
