I stayed here for two night in November, 2018. The huts themselves are beautiful. Big bed with a big elegant canopy above. The bathrooms are built outside with plants and the open sky which I loved.
The wifi was average and dropped out quite a bit. The staff were very friendly, some with limited English. There was some confusion booking our fast boat through reception - nobody showed up and we missed the boat.
I am an ECO traveler, so I appreciated that they happily filled my water bottle from their large dispenser in the bar. I was however very sad to see they were using plastic straws. Even after clearly requesting 'tidak straw', sometimes I would still get one in my drink. They are located directly on the ocean, so we need to do all we can to prevent more rubbish entering the environment.
The food was average - same stuff you find around Indonesia. Not vegan or vegetarian friendly. I had fruit and black coffee for breakfast to avoid complications.
The resort is located down a bumpy dirt road, so may be hard to find for some. I quickly got used to it and everywhere was easy to get to on a scooter.
Overall good place for a quiet getaway.
