I brought my mother to this hospital for a heart tomography scan at my own expense. She said she had one check-up in the morning and one in the afternoon, and gave two check-up sheets. Which floor is not stated on the list? Take the list up to the second floor, and politely ask a small room in the consultation room. When she answered, she said impatiently, "There is "Diagnostic Radiology" written below! It is on the first floor." (How would I know that it is on the first floor?? The label is not clear at all)
Finally, I found the tomography room (the sign is not clear), and after listening to the doctor s instructions, I followed the instructions for the examination. Because the items are not clearly stated on the list, the doctor will do what the doctor wants us to do, saying that we will do two inspections, one of which is unsuccessful, and we have to wait for the next time. Because the doctor spoke very quickly, I asked again which item was unsuccessful, and quickly recorded it. The doctor took away an examination form from my hand and asked me to fill in the above and take it away. The examination was completed at 12 o'clock.
Because there is still a checklist at 3 pm, I asked another doctor who was just chatting with the doctor, which one is the examination room in the afternoon? If the doctor wants me to report back this afternoon, someone will tell me. So I took my mother, who had tolerated no food and had water for 11-12 hours, went out to the hospital for a walk.
At around 3 o'clock, draw a number plate with an inspection sheet, and report to the outdoor counter. The lady at the counter looked at the checklist in my hand and checked the computer, frowned, and muttered, "The computer shows that it has been checked..." Then she dialed the inside line to the tomography room and asked the nurse she said. Then, it was obvious that I was worried that I would scold her, so I hurried to ask me to go in and look for the nurse... I pushed my mother s wheelchair and walked to the door of the tomography room. The morning "nursing nurse" answered me: I have finished 2 items. I just forgot to pick this list.
what? ? ? !!! She saw me with a surprised look, she just kept explaining, do you remember that we did two checks in the morning? Do you remember? Do you remember? Then I took the 3pm order from my hand. I didn t worry about it. The patient has been hungry for 13-14 hours and has not touched any water. There is no apology or embarrassment. He will only shirk responsibility!! It's up!
Came with my mother two or three times. The staff here, seeing people approaching, either pretended not to see, or didn't have much patience, I would answer you. If it wasn't for the doctor who performed surgery before, and the promotion was transferred here recently, I would not come to this kind of hospital to take her to see a doctor, it would be bad enough!!
