The officer threatened me over the phone that he was going to tow my car because my daughter s name wasn't on the insurance card she presented to him.
Insurancee card had my name and VIN and make of the car on it,he said she had to have her own name on it .There is only my name and my wife's name on the card. All insurance cards say two people only (the policy holders .I asked the officer his name and he did not give it to me ,I asked him what infractions she was being pulled over for ,he said he did not have to tell me .hmm .My daughter returned home with no situation And nothing with the officers name on it .NOT VERY HAPPY WITH THE TURN OUT .Thanks to the officer who ever you are now I have to tell my daughter that not all of you are honest and one more thing the police officer wouldn't let her turn on the heat in the car but allowed her to keep the car running ,nice it's only 12 degrese outside .My daughter was treated like a criminal but I have no citation!!!
