I went to this store a year ago, I was disappointed, the young salesman in the computer department was more interested in his phone than the customers, my visit was more favorable this Saturday, polite and friendly staff but not invasive. Hope it lasts !
Until now, everything was fine ... Unfortunately, Boulanger's commitment to provide a mobile phone in case of breakdown (my phone is 3 months) is not required and I am announced a period of 3 weeks. Obviously, it is unacceptable to neglect the after-sales service or a downgrade.
