Not the Costumer Service I expected

I came here from very far because TV comertials say wonderful things about CarMax. So I made an appointment a week ago and arrived on time (Saturday, I know they are busy than weekdays) but I noticed people who arrived after me, they had the appraisal before me. I just did the comment to the person who took my order and he just said to me: if you don t have time you can leave, I don t believe you another person that came after you got the service first and I just replied excuse me ! I talked to the manager who was very apologetic and said this person has been working here for more than 20 years, so I really don t care, I just demand to be treated like the rest of the clients. By the way, I never talked to the person unpolite manner. I know nowadays everyone is nervous about the virus and the general situation, but they need to know how to treat the whole clientele. I m disappointed about it , but the person who did the appraisal was very profesional (Tim) and also the manager.
