If only there was a star lower than one. I've heard about etsy for a long time, and as a designer and illustrator I finally decided to make tshirt designs and sell them on etsy. Within minutes of opening my shop I receiced a notification that it has been suspended. Apparently the design I uploaded violated their intellectual property policy, basically accusing me of copyright infringement, of my own design that I created myself. Not only insulting me as a creative professional, but not even giving me the opportunity to explain myself and send them original copies of my artwork. As a first time seller, this has been an awful first impression from a company that I thought was reputable. If they continue this behavior, etsy's time as a popular marketplace for sellers is very limited.
