At first they were a great company to work for. Enjoyed working with most of my co-workers in the supply division. More recently though there has been a lot of turn around in personnel and I can t say that all changes have been the best. Also, when they decide to terminate you, they give you no kind of formal warning for their reasons of termination. They also don t give you your accrued vacation and pto time that you built up and have unused, per SMI policy... if you go to work there you better make sure you read all the fine print.
