I used an ATM belonging to NRT and without asking ...

I used an ATM belonging to NRT and without asking and without my permission they used DCC (Dynamic Currency Conversion).
They used a ridiculous rate for the dollar!! Two days earlie I had to pay 0,90 fot $1,00 and with the DCC I had to pay 1,04 !!!!
This is theft!!!!!!
