Terrible experiences at the national library. Absurd rules: you can't bring a bottle of water inside, yes the water seems to be dangerous! So while you study and train your mind you need to dehydrate yourself. Having low blood pressure I risked passing out several times. Unfortunately, if you have xerostomia, you can't go there. You can not access with material precisely because, they repeat the tiritera which is a library for consultation and not for reading. Woe to reading in the national library, you can't! You just have to consult, and you cannot read and consult at the same time. You just have to consult and not even take a single sip of water. Water is a primary good and no one, in a state of law, can forbid having a bottle of water with them. So I invite everyone to disobey, and to enter with water, a regulation to say the least inhuman. During the Christmas period, during the Easter week and in the month of August, it makes shorter hours as if it were a school and not a public office. Someone intervene!
