My daughter's class just went to the museum of Natural History for a field trip. It was so poorly organized! I think they must have one day when they have schools come there for 'educational' trips, because it seemed like every school in the city was streaming trough this one area of the museum. They herded the kids through like cattle so quickly without any guidance. It was very chaotic and almost impossible to take in much information.
I wanted to contact the museum to talk to somebody about it but this review seems like it is the closest I will get to filing a complaint.
