On the way to Eilat we planned a stop in Sde Boker, in a hut. We booked in advance through the website (need to pay in advance and register for a certain time). We arrived late, called from the road to update and said it was okay. The kids (7 and 10) really enjoyed it! It is very interesting to walk around the pavilions and learn about the period, about the person Ben-Gurion was, his vision and work. It is amazing to see his home, to understand that he was one man, his humility and simplicity in everyday life, there are no such things today.
