Recently interviewed for an open position and was shocked that the office manager said to me "I don't read resumes so tell me about yourself". The HR manager could not keep focused on me but kept looking out the glass door at who was passing by. Of course I'm used to explaining my background but was put off by the attitude that an interviewer would not take the time to review my background. I reviewed their background and after the interview was not very impressed at all. If you are looking to work with a professional company I would take a pass.
