I deliver food through an app, and this one lady worker on Sat, Sep 7th in the late afternoon early evening had the customer's food out for 15 minutes while she knew I was there waiting for the order. The food was lukewarm, I was losing money waiting, and the customer, I assumed, was not happy. The food is amazing, but that girl was horrendous and hopefully she loses that job. She's horrendous. Horrible. I hope the manager is paying attention.
