Terrible experience... We bought our car 10/31/201...

Terrible experience... We bought our car 10/31/2017 and received our plate 1/30/2018 Sales person was unresponsive and pushed us off to someone else. Both the Used Car Sales Manager & General Manager did not call back as they insisted they would. Our entire buying experience was horrible... We buy high end vehicles and this dealership did not live up to the BMW experience. Would not recommend buying a car from them. FYI we bought our car at the 100 Oaks Location.
