My buying experience was great! (Only exception: My husband found the pre-owned A7 online and requested further information and didn't receive a phone call or reply at all...? Usually when you make an inquiry, you get a call almost before you hit send!"
Anyhow, I went to drive it later that day with Alek Gogiberidze. It is my first Audi, and he was very informative and accommodating, answering any and all questions that probably came off as ignorant! Chris in finance was great too. I picked up my car the following day and it was covered with a huge red bow on it! Awesome touch! I also have an appointment to go back next week for an extensive tutorial on how to maneuver around the cars many bells and whistles. (Something I have failed to do on any of my other cars, just sticking with the basics...) Overall, I am ecstatic with my purchase, experience, and Alek. Oh, and the dealership is beautiful!
