Plearn hostel was one of the best hostels I've stayed at in Southeast Asia. The owners are so helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean, spacious (the ladies dorm has its own bathroom) and the beds are solid and comfy. The location in Chiang Mai is good. Nice rooftop area where you can have a breakfast (incl eggs and fresh fruit) and they provide fresh fruit during whole day.
The price is more than reasonable for what you get!!
