I had a quite average experience with Ratho coaches limited. The staff was polite and the buses were clean. However, the overall service was lacking. The departure was delayed by 30 minutes and there was no clear communication about it. The journey itself was comfortable, but the driver was not very friendly. I expected better service from a reputed company like Ratho coaches limited.
