Let s talk about customer service at the Scottish Rite location. Absolutely horrible. I usually go to the Eglesten location where my experience is always pleasant.
The staff at the Scottish Rite Location are very much unprofessional, specifically the EEG and registration department. The woman at the front desk and scheduling rep (wouldn t give me their names) were nasty nonchalant and the least bit of kind . The scheduler was very condescending and because they wouldn t let my child be seen after I was told to still come even though we were running late, she vocally scheduled me for the following week at 8:30 . I arrived at 8:27 and was told that she moved my daughters appointment until two weeks later. Was never given an update nor email with the type of information. I don t live close to this location at all so it s quite inconsiderate of my time to not tell me this type of information. They need to retrain their employees for proper customer service . I would never come back to this location because if I do I m sure someone will be catching a palm to face the next time .
