Not good at all. Noisy and full of midges.the shower was neglected and only spat water.The staff were unhelpful and kept your passport until your leaving (if you really want the dodgy wifi) , which cannot be before 730am when they switch on their computer and rip you off, 27 for a tent and 1person looking out over the lagoon or 20 in the soggy middle with shade. All in all, its not worth trying to find it in the confusing industrial estate with diesel engines running all night and in the flight path of Marco Polo airport... The only good thing is it's convenient for the ferries into Venice, and thats it...
