I purchased a groupon for Desirable Rios, a mani and pedicure. When I first called to make the appointment she answered "hello", that is it, hardly an appropriate way to be professional which should have given me the first clue. No appointments were available for two days out, thats fine, I scheduled for sunday. Sunday morning I get a text, not a phone call saying:

"I'm so sorry I have to cancel... My twins are super sick... Sorry for the inconvenience..."

No identification again. No phone call? Im only 27 but am I old fashioned to think a phone call would havr been more appropriate? I need my nails done before Thursday so I asked what am I supposed to do now as she didnt even offer an alternative in her text, this is what I get:

"Yep... I know but not with crying twins... Call groupon n get a refund... If u r not understanding that life comes up I don't want u as a client..."

If you dont care about services paid for being honored, or being delt with and might I add articulated with like an adult then this place is for you.
