Desk finally picked up after 5 months. An absolute joke of a company. Service is abysmal. I asked for compensation for the poor service i received only to be told by a MANAGER!! that i would only get compensation if i kept the desk .

Honestly the worst company i have ever dealt with by far. Service abysmal. Must have called them 40 times. Told different things constantly.

ANY CUSTOMER THINKING OF USING THIS COMPANY. PLEASE PLEASE READ THE MAJORITY OF THE REVIEWS ON HERE AND GO ELSEWHERE. BEEN A CONSTANT STRESS SINCE I GOT CRACKED DESK WHILST THE COMPANY KEPT MY MONEY. SO ANGRY AND ANNOYED. MANAGEMENT A JOKE.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.



Was told uplift would in 3-5 working days which was fine. I get a call at 4pm from driver, i wasnt in no prior so i wasn't home. Rushed back home, i live in a 1st floor flat, brought desk down stair was told i need to put it on a pallet and secure it???

Absolute joke of a company and i have still got the desk which is terrible quality and cracked. Complaint put in no contact at all.

Wish i had never used this company and i would tell anyone never to use them
