Have been a member of the club since it started. The club s selling point was on its exclusivity. Sadly, this is not the case one year into the membership. Over the years, it just degenerate to the state that makes you wonder why did you pay a premium and still paying for a club that s open to all. This is probably the only club that doesn t give members discount on its F&B outlets and the only difference a member entitled is the mere 10% service charge off your bill.

The rooms were at first bookable for members only and slowly, you started seeing them selling on OTAs. Even the carpark for member access is gone. Quite frankly, I was shocked that they took away the security lock and made it free for all to enter.

The pool towels are in the state that I think even a bath mat looks better. Equally appalled are the shower gel in the common toilets. Is there really a need to cut cost till replacing the gel with foam?? Honestly, I am quite a lazy person but this time, I went to 3 different cubicles to make sure that it is not a case of gel being used up. The chair at dressing area is a nice touch, but a chair full of hair? Not so sure about it.

Seriously one degree, for the price we are paying as members, you should do better.
