Outstanding customer service - they really care that you are satisfied! The salon is clean and a great Baltimore city business (awesome location)! I get manicures and pedicures here regularly and the quality of the work is consistently outstanding. The mani-pedis look beautiful and last way longer than any I have had in other places. Zena, the owner, is warm and welcoming! Her front desk staff are helpful, pleasant, and personable. If you are looking for a quality salon service, you must try Zena's!
