I ordered 5 items for my lawn. The first arrived in its own box, and when I opened the box and lifted the bag out, it had a whole in the bottom corner that spilled fertilizer all over my foyer. What a waste of expensive product - and thank goodness I didn't have pets or little ones roaming around to get into it.

I contacted the company about this, and about a product I at first thought I did not receive. They clearly treated me as a liar. They sent me an unclear photograph of the package at their warehouse before the box was closed as "proof" and just the comment "The following is a photo of the box right before it left our warehouse." There was no response to the hassle and lost product due to their poor packaging, and no tersely-explained photograph to deny it.

They simply couldn't care less and were completely and absolutely not helpful. I love a discount, but will not accept this level of customer service to get it. This company needs to learn that the customer is always right, and if you treat customers well, the value of a loyal customer is much higher than the value of replacing a single damaged or missing item.
