Went to see them with a clear cut unfair dismissal claim. Didn't even get to the commission and we'd already paid them over 4k. Was advised it would cost another $2k plus to continue with the commission. When they'd finished 'negotiating' with the employer and we'd agreed on a settlement amount it was paid incorrectly. Called the 'lawyer' we had been dealing with only to be told she no longer worked there!! So, in the end we paid a lot of money for an incorrect payout. We ended up paying more to these 'lawyers' than our final settlement amount. No one wants to help finalise this mess so we are really regretting using this company.
