I can not believe these people charged me to supposedly clean our carpet when i just had brand new carpet installed ! DAVID the guy working for Starr PM was caught in the house doing who knows what, left all the lights on and wore his dirty shoes all through the house then charged us to have his people clean it. David was charging people the 100-150$ application fees then lieing and saying the house was not available just so he could keep collecting on applications. I personally sent someone to him to ask about the house and payed to file out a application just for David to say it was available!! WOW what a scam artist. I fired them and the house was rented out 3 days later! Now they are sueing me in small claims court saying they did yard work they did not do nor need to do and $500 to clean brand spanking new carpet? He dirtied it up on purpose. I cant believe no one has shut these guys down.
