Horrible place.

I agree with other reviewers the elevators are a joke, takes 15-20mins to get the room. Yesterday evening with all the evening check ins, it was horrible, the lobby was packed not sure how the fire marshal is allowing it.

The hotel advertises kids stay free, this is the worst place to stay with kids, the rooms are tiny and we asked for extra bed, they don't have any rollaways, not enough towels and pillows too. I wonder who gave it 4 star rating when it should be 2 or 1 star.

I normally don't write reviews, hope this helps others that are considering this hotel, the terrible experience we are going thru.
