My wife and I are VERY disappointed by the service...

My wife and I are VERY disappointed by the service from Certified Alarms. Within the last month, we had them install a new alarm system. Total cost was $1,905. This included 2 HD cameras. The installation went okay but the 2 young men that wired the home could have cared less about giving us good instructions on using the complicated system. Admittedly, we are elderly and we are not well versed on properly navigating the system. In the last few days, I heard an ad for Certified on our local talk radio station. They quoted a much cheaper installation cost, including the 2 HD cameras. The radio ad also quoted a monthly monitoring fee of $14.50. Our system however requires a $35.50 monitoring fee! We strongly feel that we were taken advantage of by this company. Therefore, today I am cancelling the monitoring of our system immediately. So, friends and neighbors if you are considering calling Certified Alarms I would strongly suggest that you steer clear of calling this company.
