The bar was over priced, had an air of hostility to it and if it wasn't for the wedding Party that I attended, would have passed by without looking back. One of the guests wasn't allowed upstairs because she was wearing sandals. Expecting a prestigious event space it was a roofdeck with very basic accoutrements and a staff of half-assed decorations. Flip flopped patrons seem to be the least of their worries.
