I tried to call the number provided on the website, it redirects to a nationwide hotline, where nobody knows anything. An attempt (multiple) to connect with the West Pomeranian coordinator ended in failure. The case concerns a 76-year-old sick person. Powerlessness is the only word that comes to mind.
