Preferably 0 stars. Ordered a free box, inferior goods and by no means well thought-out information on the preparation times and steps. What's more, everything is individually wrapped in plastic, I've rarely produced so much rubbish for dinner. Food tasted passable anyway. Unfortunately, I got another package sent and debited the next week, but I was on vacation and hadn't ordered anything. So the food was rotten at the neighbor's. At the top of the HelloFresh FAQ is the question "Do I make a permanent commitment with my order?" HelloFresh's answer to this: "No!"
That I don't laugh. 40 for a package not ordered and a whole box of groceries for the bin. Sustainability, customer service and transparency look. Hands off Hello Fresh.
