Booked mothers day meal for my 75 year old mum and...

Booked mothers day meal for my 75 year old mum and sisters .we have eaten here numerous times and food fantastic hence i recommended it for mothers day .imagine my horror when we turned up to loud blaring music and people dancing round tables ...couldnt get to the bar ..barely got in door ..really disappointed ....if i would of known this was what i was booking would not of bothered ....extremely upset mum on mothers day .i know it said singer but imagined background music ..physically couldnt speak to each other over noise ..think this needs to be stated when booking
