HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
I never write reviews but after such an unpleasant experience I felt socially obligated to write to warn others that weighs their decision with reviews of others. I set an appointment for service of my Cayenne, disclosed that I am a customer from another dealership but was re-assured of no problems continuing service from them. My husband drove from Chula Vista, kept with the appointment date & time and they had my spouse waiting for more than an hour, attending to other clients that came after him!!! When my husband informed them of the situation, no one even cared to fix the issue to make it fair & right but instead make more excuses to justify their negligence and poor customer service!!!
YOU ARE A PORSCHE DEALERSHIP, BUT YOU CERTAINLY DID NOT ACT AS ONE. Very disappointing!!!
