It is almost impossible to get experienced people filling the maintenance and manager positions at the place I am living.Nothing ever gets repaired because non of the maintenance people have a clue what or how to repair anything.Home forward is not following guide lines at all.No wonder there are so many Law suits against this company.And there will be alot more if I hear what the tenants are saying.Not myself personally but this place is just not following guidelines set by homeforward and the state
