The room aircon was noisy with an at times load hum - need to change the bearings. Breakfast trays in the hallways at 6pm in the evening. Lift carpets were dirty and skewed. Reception and lobby looked tired and uninviting. Should have gone to MacDonald's for breakfast.

Room was clean and bed comfortable. I would rate this property a 3 star only.
