There were no prices available online or in a brochure ( which I didn t receive until salesman arrived).

The salesman was pleasant but you are pressured to make a decision on the spot . I was also very tired after 4 hours .He was very insistent that if I didn t put a deposit down I would lose the discount he had negotiated for me. I was also told by the salesman Lee that I would get my money back in 4 minutes if I changed my mind. I have , and I don t know when I will get a refund 14 days now they tell me ..
The customer services do not answer the phone as promptly as they do in sales, thank goodness I changed my mind .

I do not believe that they make this furniture especially for each client. I m sure they have 3 or 4 standard sizes .
My advice to anyone reading this : HSL full price furniture is same as OAK TREE prices AFTER ALL OF THEIR DISCOUNTS .
The only positive I can give is that they have massage and heat function in their chairs/sofas but you will pay a very high price for it. The choice of furniture is very limited

My advice if you book an appointment , give them a time slot and say you have to go out .
DONT make a decision straight away and DONT give them any money . You will not get it back in 4 minutes !!!!
