Trevor did my seasonal furnace/heating check-up this morning. He was especially helpful in explaining aspects of the diagnostics and how they related to the efficiency of the furnace and the comfort of our home. I felt that he was very professional and qualified to do his job, and also that he was especially personable and pleasant to work with.
