They can't even answer an email or a phone line. H...

They can't even answer an email or a phone line. How can we trust any research they produce? I have been waiting for a response to an email for 3 days, and have tried calling each said day. The phone doesn't get answered, but you sure get to hear what's going on in their office (makes me wonder how good they are with protecting private and sensitive information).
