Would not buy a car from East Charlotte Nissan. The salesman was very knowledgeable and did a great job helping me however I felt pressured when all I wanted was to browse and compare numbers. The manager was very adamant about me test driving and locking me into a deal before showing me numbers of my monthly payment. They wanted me to put a $3000-$5000 down payment on top of my $8000 trade in which is absolutely ridiculous. To top it all off they make you think they re appraising your car in the beginning and take your keys from you only to lock your keys in a separate room and keep you hostage for hours until you make a deal with them and that should be ILLEGAL! In conclusion, whoever owns this establishment is crooked and wants to rob their customers. I wouldn t recommend east charlotte Nissan to anyone.
