I stayed here a year ago. The staff welcomed me back as if I were long lost family. The hotel is up to Hyatt's usual standards of cleanliness, and service with a smile. They also make sure that their guests are well hydrated. There is a generous supply of complimentary water provided daily. And because they are near to a hospital, they provide ear plugs, and each room has a white noise machine. The bedding is very comfortable. I slept as if I was being paid to do it. Bravo Hyatt Centric.
