Very rude and none helpful staff. Ladies at the caribou coffee shop in the lobby barely said 3 words to me and didn t listen to my order so it was wrong. Then they closed the coffee shop with people still in line because they had to clean ignoring other people s requests for coffee.
I suspect these issues will not be fixed due to the job market. It s unfortunate actually.
